Very good service, without unwanted pressurising from Sales team. Permitted to peruse the store at our leisure and then fully supported by the salesman when we actually needed his invaluable input. The store is very well planned out; really light and airy with plenty of room to mooch around without any confusion as to what goes with what. Generally a pleasant experience. We’re now looking forward to receiving our purchase. A man getting excited about furniture delivery. Now that’s a strange thing!

Alex was extremely helpful without being pushy, he gave us time to discuss and try the furniture. Then he was very quick to complete the paperwork. Thanks for your great service.

Helpful, friendly, well informed staff. The purchase of our new furniture was quick and easy. They offer lots of additional helpful services (some at an additional cost, of course) such as putting furniture together, if required, removal of old furniture and a very reasonably priced stain protection plan. We are happy with their service and will certainly use them again.

Kim, who dealt with our purchase was informative, extremely helpful and quite the best salesperson we have ever dealt with - this man should be cloned and put in to every store .

Very happy with the service! Aleks at the store was very helpful and gave me lots of time to consider my choices. The store kept me informed about any problems (i.e. adverse weather conditions) and Tony and David who delivered my new sofa brilliantly problem-solved my narrow door. They were also courteous and friendly and consulted me where necessary. I would definitely recommend.
