Always so helpful, knowledgeable about everything they sell. We've bought lots of furniture from Peter Green, and almost all the flooring in the house. We always feel that the staff are genuinely advising us on the best options rather than pushing what will make them the most money. We have always been very happy with the installation, delivery, service, etc. When the recent bed event was announced, it encouraged us to take the plunge and renew our bedroom - a big investment but Nigel talked us through it all and made the decisions very easy. We couldn't be happier.
Have recently visited Peter Green on two separate occasions and was very impressed with the range of furniture on display. We would especially like to thank Nigel for his help and expertise on both occasions which resulted in us purchasing the items we were looking for. Nigel was helpful and friendly, he was able to answer all our questions and was very professional. Would not hesitate to contact him again in future.
Non pushy sales staff. They left us alone until we required assistance. A different experience to the large chains! Also offer blue light discount. Great!
Our recent visit to Peter Green was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for our assistant, Nigel Weston-Davis who not only sold us a range of G- Plan self adjusting furniture but also sold us a brilliant mattress that we were only thinking about! Good quality furniture at great sale prices. Can thoroughly recommend this store.
I work for Swedish bed makers, Mattsons Beds. Our beds at at the very top of the market and for people to sell the products takes a lot of patience, skill and understanding. Nigel, who runs the bed department, is without doubt, the most talented bed expert I have ever worked with. He listens to the customer carefully and shows clients the products that would best suit their needs, he is a gem. I would send any family member or friend to Nigel to get their next bed.
A big thank you to Nigel who was really knowledgeable and helpful when we visited the store to get a new bed. We would definitely recommend this store and the service they provide. Nigel was very thorough making sure he found out what we needed before recommending suitable products. We look forward to our new bed
Brilliant store to shop for quality furniture and carpets. All the staff who we spoke to were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Also the cafe had a large selections of snack and beverages, the items we chose were excellent.
We went to buy a sofa today and couldn’t believe the amazing service from Robert. He gave us all the information about the sofas and gave us time to decide. He even came back with three cups of tea on a tray. He definitely went above and beyond. What a lovely touch Peter Green! Definitely be coming back again.
