We always buy our beds from Dreams. Today, we went in to the Fareham Branch and i cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic customer service, not at all pushy yet very informative. Big shout out to Neil..the store manager i believe who is usually in the Portsmouth shop. Great guy..... Thank you
When entering the store on the Thursday, there were lots of signs available highlighting a sale which was a very good sale!. We were greeted as soon as we came through the door with a smiling face and felt very welcomed female. We were there to browse originally, so she kindly left us to it which we liked, as it reduces feeling pressured. We tried quite a few mattresses and then Ed came over, introduced himself, he got us a hot beverage and started lightly detailing some interesting information about the products on the floor and the differences between them mattresses and bedframes/electronics - which was very helpful. There was no pressure to buy which we really liked and made us want to return to actually place an order - it was nice to go away and have time to think, and we agreed to come back Saturday - which is when Ed was there again, and he gave further details, which really helped us tailor our order. He was supportive, whenever there was any indecisiveness that we were having between mattresses. He also made us another cracking cup of tea! We were initially a little bit shocked with the total price, but once the in-store discounts were added, this eased and we left feeling really happy about all our purchases
Excellent service once again! Helpful, friendly staff, and so easy to order and pay. We're ordeing another of the bed frames we bought last year as we're so pleased with the quality and design. Why shop anywhere else for anything to do with beds?
I called into Dreams Fareham a couple of weeks ago and spoke to Kat. I asked about the system Dreams have concerning which type of mattress would be suitable for me. Kat explained everything. Kat gave excellent, friendly and very helpful customer service. I called in again and Kat showed me the mattress listed on the print out and again explained in detail about the various mattresses, asked what pillows I have. I shortlisted to 2. Kat also said she would ring me if any discounts became available. Kat phoned me yesterday about the 10% discount which I really appreciated. I called in today and ordered the mattress I decided on. Kat was on lunch so Ed sorted everything out for me and explained the process. I would like to thank Kat and Ed for the excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable service they both gave me. I would definitely recommend Dreams. Thank you both.
Dreams at Fareham is an incredible store, with skilled staff devoted to ensuring you choose the best bed for a comfortable nights' sleep. The amazing technology lying on a bed covered with sensors that measure your pressure on a mattress, made choosing the right mattress for us much easier. Thank you.
All the staff were friendly on my arrival. Simon, my salesperson, was very patient and knowledgeable. I was able to try a number of mattresses. And was very impressed that the one Simon suggested felt absolutely right. The paperwork went easily. And the delivery date is much quicker than I expected. I am sure that with Simons help I have made a good choice. Carol
Id thoroughly recommend Dreams Fareham to get a new mattress, right from the start we were welcomed, assisted, listened to and advised. We even tried the find a mattress machine which was a fun experience. Nicky made our visit enjoyable, stress free and successful. our new mattress arrives within the week and on a Saturday so no time off work for delivery. They offered to remove the old mattress and we purchased new pillows. Something we both had discussed to so no pressure. Thanks NIcky for brilliant service
My girlfriend and I went into the Fareham branch today to look at beds, mattresses etc. We were pleasantly welcomed by Nicky who asked if we needed any help just to ask. After 10 mins or so she offered us a tea or coffee which was nice tea for me and then we got down to choosing a bed, mattress etc. Nicky was very helpful and knew her products well. My girlfriend ended up buying a new bed, mattress, quilt and pillows and the whole experience was made enjoyable and easy from start to finish. Thank you Nicky for your time with us today…………
Me and my partner came in today looking to buy a bed ready to move into our first house next week and we were served by Kat. She was brilliant explaining through everything with us and came away very happy with our purchase!
Simon was very helpful during our visit giving up plenty of expert advice. During the whole process of us placing our order, Simon did not put us under any pressure and as a result of our visit I would not hesitate to recommend a visit to the Fareham store.
