Story

Fullhurst Community College is an over-subscribed 11-16 comprehensive school in Braunstone, West Leicester. In October 2012 Ofsted graded the school ‘Good’, which reflected the improvements the school has made and the record summer examinations results over the last 3 years. The Acting Principal is Steven Piggott. Fullhurst opened in 1991 following the closure of King Richard III School and Newarke School. It was initially located on the King Richard site while a significant refurbishment of the Newarke site took place. It moved into the Newarke buildings in 1992.

Terrible school doesn't stop bullying mainly cares about school uniform and attendance. I do not recommend this school doesn't help with mental health if U have an issue all they do is send it to safeguarding and don't speak to you about it . You are supposed to have 5 minutes in between lessons to go toilet but they don't allow that anymore you have to go between lunch and break time and if you want to go toilet between lesson teachers have to email but the staff are slow to get to you . Staff don't listen until you are sat crying or you get really bad and start hurting yourself honestly the worst school. Some teachers are nice but some are weird and horrible so please do not send your kid to this school they do not care about anything!!!
Kind, considerate, patient, and caring teachers and year heads. I can’t understand why other parents complain — the teachers at this school go above and beyond to help the children in every way. Out of the many secondary schools in Leicester, the teachers here seem to be genuinely very good at their job.
Absolutely awful school. No control over bullies, the teachers are useless.nNot the place for a child with even mild special needs because instead of help they get punished.nIf you really hate your kids then this is the school for them.
Horrible school teachers don’t care about anything you have to say and punish you for the most random reason for example someone got a c1 for farting and someones knee was bleeding and they said “grow up its not bad”
I genuinley cannot stand this school.nThey dont care about bullying or mental health at all even when they say it is their “number one priority.” The bullying is awful and they dont do ANYTHING at all to solve it. They care about uniform and homework more than their students. I have been bullied and tormented ever since the first day i joined the school i honestly cannot cope. Anytime i ask for help with mental heath they schedule a meeting then they cancel it for some stupid excuse. It is like hell on earth in Fullhurst. I do not recommend this school at all.nIt is genuinely appauling. You can’t even go to the toilet, when you ask to go to the toilet they hit you with a 30 minute detention. When you try to go to the toilet during lesson change, they have goddamn shutters over the toilet and they say “you should have gone earlier” when you literally can’t. It gets to the point where i dont feel safe outside school from the amount of fight and people getting jumped in the school.
