Had a great experience at the heavenly haven that is Froufrou Bridal Boutique. There were some wonderful dresses available and I never felt any time pressure as I was told I could try on as many as appealed to me. The Froufrou ladies were welcoming, fun and very helpful with suggestions for dresses that I might not have ordinarily tried.  I also really appreciated that they were happy to take photographs of me in the dresses when requested so that I could reflect on how each one suited me after I left the boutique - this is a huge plus point in my book for someone who is indecisive or finds its difficult to retain an image of themselves in their mind. Did I mention that the boutique is heavenly...I could have sat in that hanging macrame chair all day!

I had a wonderful time at Frou Frou! The whole experience was so calm and relaxed. The space they have is beautiful and they have a really gorgeous collection of interesting dresses. They were attentive and helpful, without being pushy or making me feel rushed at any point. And once I'd chosen my dress they were so helpful in sorting me out with a dry cleaner and seamstress. I couldn't recommend them more!

Nicole and the team at Frou Frou were genuinely amazing! I went to two other bridal boutiques before finding Frou Frou and the difference was just phenomenal. You are made to feel so welcome and comfortable and they have great style advice if like me you're vertically challenged and not used to wearing floor length dresses. Every step of the way I felt looked after! 

I'm not planning on buying another wedding dress but I'll be recommending all my friends and family that get engaged go here :)

I thoroughly recommend FrouFrou to anyone and have done so to friends who are engaged!
A beautifully decorated store, you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the interior of the store and making sure it represents who they are and what they're about.
The dresses are stunning - a lovely selection of pretty, traditional, modern, slinky, etc and some vintage too.
I honestly can't fault them, the girls that run it are very sweet and it felt like a real 'experience' when I had my 2 hour appointment with cupcakes, tea in pretty china cups and undivided attention.
If only all bridal shops were so kind and attentive!! ;)

Wow! The perfect bridal boutique!!

I can't fault Gemma and the team at Froufrou. From the minute I stepped through the door and saw all the beautiful gowns I knew that I would find "the one". I had my heart set on a Sarah Seven gown, so travelled a good few hours to get to the boutique, but it was worth every minute. The service was wonderful - it was like going to see friends. 

Gemma's opinion was invaluable - I'm very indecisive and I knew I could trust her to guide me through the process. She also helped put me at ease when I was waiting for my dress to arrive from America.

I only wish I could go back and buy more!! Thank you to all the girls for making my experience so wonderful.
