Lovely Sunday dinner and excellent sticky toffee pudding! Not enough gravy initially, which is shocking in the North haha, but they immediately brought more and it was good.
Visited last night and had the Valentines menu. All 6 guests loved the food. Attentive staff, great service and value, clean facilities. Thank you Mad Frans team I will be back!

Burgers are the main offering on the menu. Turned up for a booking at 6 on a Saturday, ordered drinks and were then told they've run out of beef burgers. Cancelled the drinks and walked out. Looks like it'll be Maccies for tea...
We had a fantastic Sunday lunch at Mad Frans last week and the desserts were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
First visit here and will DEFINITELY be back. Me and my boyfriend both had the lamb shank new on the menu it fell off the bone , the mash potato was silk like in texture, from the first bite I knew I wanted dessert. Sticky toffee was on the menu and it did not disappoint! The staff are supper attentive, lovely and come across genuinely friendly. The atmosphere is fab, trendy but not intimidating, the restaurant is clean and still has a good amount of room between tables for those concerned with social distancing. 100% will recommend! Thanks for a lovely meal.
I have attended a few events here recently and had a brilliant time. The food is great and the staff are excellent. I will definitely be returning and will be recommending the bar to anyone looking for an event space as well as for drinks/food.
We held our Profit Powerhouse Superb Speaker event at Mad Frans and it was indeed superb! The team went out of their way to help with set up and ideas to ensure our guests had the best experience. Big thanks to Ryan for being instrumental in making our launch a huge success.
