Agent his name is Adam is not professional, on the viewing he didn't know about property nothing. On the next day we try to give an offer but they tell as that the house are sold and the girl on the phone her name is Natalie she is from management was very rude and sassy. Im not recommended this agency at all.
Finally we bought our house from Purple brigs agency, the best agency, all documents was provide very fast. Very comfortable web site, communication with seller directly.

I had my house valued in May 2017 by a number of agents, and this company gave the lowest valuation of them all, ten of thousands below any of the others, and highly inaccurate for both my property and the area.  Subsequently I did not place my property with this agent.  Despite this, I then began receiving calls and messages telling me they 'urgently'needed to speak to me, and when I called back, I got the usual highly unconvincing estate agent spiel regarding them having interested parties, blah blah blah, but apparently those parties were only interested IF I signed up to their agency, which I again did not do.
I then began receiving daily calls and messages and again, despite my repeatedly telling this agent I am NOT interested in placing my property with them, they have continued to call me EVERY SINGLE DAY, sometimes twice a day, since June 2017. At first they would leave a message.  They have now taken to phoning and hanging up when I naturally do not answer their 300th call.  My initial impression was not great to begin with, but they now look aggressive and frankly desperate, which inspires even less confidence in their services.

Do not use this service. Fresh estates are concerned with one thing and one thing only - their commission. 

From the start, they overvalued our property and when challenged as to why we had no viewings, I was told that their recommendation is just that. It was MY choice to list our property at the price they suggested. We therefore lowered the asking price by 10k on their 'new' advice.

Fast forward 4 weeks and we find by searching property websites that our immediate next door neighbour had sold for a further 10k less. When questioned about this, they insisted that they didn't realise we hadn't been informed. Cue another drop of 10k and a reasonably quick sale. 

As we live overseas, I gave Fresh a set of keys and permission to enter the house after they communicate when they would do so via e-mail. On at least 1 occasion the house was entered without prior consent and on numerous occasions, the burglar alarm set off as they couldn't disarm it (despite being shown how to do so).

We have finally exchanged and completing next week. To my frustration they have charged me commission on the initial asking price and not the sale price. The Director refused to reduce the price. This now makes sense as to why the initial price was so high.... its all about the commission.

I wish I had looked into the reviews on Google in more detail prior to selling through Fresh. Had I taken the time to do so, I may have realised that a number of Fresh employees have rated their own service as 5*... surely this is a conflict of interest!?

I won't be using Fresh again, either to buy or sell. Needless to say, I am sure that many people have found them to be good or better, but for us, possibly the worst company we could have gone with.
