I have recently sold my property using Douglas Allen with Greg Wade and Caroline Savory being the Agents. Which is the company that helped me buy my property in the past. Their professionalism and friendly approach has been a great help and moving can be a very stressful. They have always been available to answer questions and made life a lot easier for my sale. Will, from Douglas Allen was brilliant. It almost felt as if he was an old friend showing us round the property. He was patient, as we spent quite some time talking about options. He answered all of our questions and explained the process of buying an auction property. Although we won’t be progressing further this time, I’m confident that when we do find our “forever home”, we can get the help and support from people like Will.

Excellent service provided by Joanna and all members of the Lettings team! Great communication from start to finish, multiple offers from one set of viewings and the house was let without any problems a long the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Lettings team to anyone thinking of renting out their property!

We recently sold our property with Douglas Allen. Michelle and Chelsey were absolutely fantastic in helping us in not just the moving aspects, getting the viewings rightly screened and checked but in also the post agreed sale activities. Even going as far to talk to our solicitor when we got stuck with some of the legal nuances that you're just expected to know. I was helping my son whom was selling his flat. The whole of the staff at Basildon Douglas Allen plus Chelsea who is at another branch went out of their way to be helpful every step of the way. They knew of all the problems we had, I am in  another country,  and kept me in the loop so I could help him when I could. Highly recommended.i would particularly like to mention Caroline, Greg, Bill , Michelle and last but not least Chelsey!
