As a first time buyer I had no idea about anything when it came to getting a mortgage. Everyone here was very helpful! Dionne produced rapid results for me, she was also very passionate and exceedingly enthusiastic about landing me on the property ladder. Dionne explained everything fully along the way and was always there for me if I ever needed any advice or help. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy first time or not. She didn't hesitate to arrange a viewing for a property on the first day so I was then able to make an early offer in which led to a purchase! Outstanding work by Dionne Smith... Dionne was our broker for our first property. She has dealt with everything for us and helped make things run as smoothly as she could. We've sorted our Mortgage, Home Insurance, Contents Insurance and Income Protection Through Dionne and everything has been faultless. On the day of exchange our solicitors let us down with issues, Dionne took the matter into her hands to make sure the exchanged happened on time! I cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work on our case. I was really skeptical about using a broker to start with, but have to say, it is the best decision we made! I believe the cost was also really worth while! Thanks Dionne!! You're a star!

Cannot Recommend Dionne Smith Mortgage broker through Countrywide Mortgage Services enough!! Friendly reliable and completely professional. Dionne took the stress of the whole mortgage process away and as a first time buyer that helped immensely. Brilliant service

In my search for a place to live in the Basildon area, I had the pleasure of meeting Sam. She is an excellent estate agent who conveys trust. She was always honest with the properties we visited and added a personal touch to the transactions that made the search for a flat a lot less stressful and a lot more exciting than it was originally set to be.
