As per the companies website, which claims to offer a free RTM scheme. I joined, issued documents to my residents as instructed. Sent them back. Gradually, the service got less and less and the responses got less and less , we are now at 6 months later and have ground to a complete halt. Contacted them each morning for 3 days consistently in January, just to get confirmation if anything is even happening. Awaiting to hear from Adam who is meant to be assisting the process. It has been about 2 weeks since I made that call. No contact. No response to my email no confirmation regarding anything. I think the last email I received was some time in June. However they keep insisting that my email has been sent. AVOID. You'd save a lot more time and effort paying for someone unfortunately.

My RTM application has been very inefficiently handled, I am stunned by the lack of service, total inability to respond to calls or emails. This is arguably the worst service I have ever received from a professional services firm. Allegedly they are mid way through the process, so I have to see it through with them.

Appointed them to execute the RTM. Terrible communication, didn't reply to emails/phone calls and when we did get hold of them were told as it's a 'free' service we wouldn't be getting any updates. 6 months down the line no progress and then they gave some thinly veiled excuse as to why they wouldn't be proceeding with our RTM. Beyond poor.

A breathe of fresh air... helping us through a really tricky RTM claim. Best decision we ever made to choose them to get us away from our current agent!

They manage two flats in a converted house. Charges appear on annual statements for work that neither of the tennents were aware of. They will appear to do whatever they can to up the maintanice charges. As a positive they do reply to emails quicky. Further to the above, they seem to insist that all work in required by their client. A quick goggle and it would appear that Freeholder and management company have the same Director, Mitchell George NUNN. I can't question this as they now refuse to speak to me.
