So impressed!! A watch technician polished my Rolex. The polishing took nearly 2 weeks but so worth the wait, it looks new! Amazing job, very happy chap . Huge thanks

I don't know what that other customer is going on about? Obviously didn't want to listen to reason, going against advice by the sounds.

I on the other hand would like to state what a wonderful company this is. Used by myself & my parents for years.
Always helpful, friendly & try their hardest to achieve a great outcome every time  😊

This store in Cheltenham repaid  my watch great job and was at a very good price too.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Sent earrings off for rhodium plating to enhance the shine from a recommendation by a staff member. Took two weeks for a quote, I had to continually ring up to check on them. Went to another jeweller because service was so slow but was told plating wouldn't make any difference and they refused to plate. Went ahead with FA and they come back no different. I was told different things by each member of staff. Severe lack of understanding and orders going on in store. Charged almost £50, decided to take them back as there was NO difference, no proof they'd even been touched and was harassed by a staff member who kept saying the same thing over and over - talked at to the extent of just wanting to leave the store. Never ever go here.

They are excellent.  We have had many items repaired or restyled and have been thrilled with the results. They are extremely friendly and helpful and very reasonable.
