Popped in on Saturday afternoon to get some assistance with my husbands Omega sea master watch. The gentleman who served us was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, he didn’t hesitate to take his time helping us despite us not purchasing the watch from them. This experience will now ensure that we visit Fraser Hart for our next watch purchase, thank you !!
So on the 18th May 2024 I ordered a ring from Fraser hart Solihull based on information given to me on the 13th May 2024 in email that the ring would arrive within 8 weeks. It's now been 14/ closer to 15 weeks and i still haven't got the ring. I've chased several times after the 8 week mark, and was told that the very latest it would be 12 weeks. Then after 12 weeks I chased again in store and was told it would be the latest the end of the month. August I phone the branch today 28/8/24 and asked for update and was told there was no updates and the lady said she would email and get back to me. When we ordered this ring i was told that the full amount had to be paid before the order was placed and was non- refundable. Fraser hart have no where near delivered what they promised and there's no true date in sight when this ring is going to arrive. This is an engagement ring and has been an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend to anyone who is thinking of ordering anything from Fraser hart! Update 6/9/24..... Finally received the engagement ring after some emails to Aoife. Store was very apologetic with the delay. Ring is lovely.
Purchased a gold bracelet as a birthday present. I foolishly trusted the sales assistant and didn't check it myself. When the gift was opened there was a clear dent on the bracelet and other marks. When I returned it the next day the other sales assistant opened the case and put her finger straight on the dent without me telling her what the issue was. In my opinion they knowingly sold me this damaged item. The manager tried to blame the new sales assistant who unfortunately wasn't there to explain. Not the level of service you expect when purchasing expensive items. I would not return or recommend this jewellers.
We bought a diamond ring from Fraser Hart Solihull. A very pleasant experience, not just the ring but the service we received from this branch was amazing. Special mention of Tas & Mo, they were highly customer focused had a very good understanding of customers taste for jewellery. They were friendly and made the transaction comfortable for us. Big thanks to them for a lovely birthday card and sweets, good gesture from the team. Will definitely visit Tas & Mo again for future purchases from Solihull branch.
Bought a couple of watches from Fraser Hart Solihull recently and the service I received was exceptional. The store manager Mo treated myself and my wife like friends, he was never pushy or over powering, just very polite and informative. The sales team were excellent in particular James who looked after us whilst purchasing the watches. I would highly recommend this shop!

Great service from start to finish. Lauren & Mo were really helpful with my purchase at the Solihull store. I have purchased many watches over the years and its nice to see that the high level of service is still provided at stores like this. Great experience and would highly recommend.
I was served by Tas and the store manager to look for a gift for my wife to be. They were both so helpful and very friendly. I came in with my family and we recieved a warm welcome from all. The other team members in store were also very friendly. From the experience me and my family recieved it seems that it was a fun and positive environment where customers can relax and just be themselves without feeling so pressured. The service was second to none and I will definitely come back to purchase again in the future. Thank you to the team.
Thank you so much to Lauren, she helped my son find his perfect present for his 21st Birthday, a fantastic Tudor watch which we are over the moon with. Lauren went out of her way to explain everything, her communication skills were fantastic. We went in today to collect the watch, all of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend
