The staff here were so nice and willing to go that extra mile for you! My partner brought me a gorgeous ring I chose from this store for Christmas and we was told a rough estimated time and date my partner could pick it up in time for Christmas. Although when he got there and was told the delivery hadn’t arrived as it was suppose to he did go on the first day of 3 and this was a couple of days before Christmas, they told us to call the next day to see if it had arrived and if it didn’t by Christmas Eve and we wasn’t available to collect it our selves then they would personally delivery the ring after they closed! It is hard to find a chained company who have staff who would offer to deliver your purchase them selves out of work hours. I would go back!

We were delighted to visit the Solihull store today. A bright and welcoming greeting on arrival with exceptional sales and service. A pleasurable experience.
My partner purchased my engagement ring from Beaverbrooks Solihull and it required a resizing, the staff sat down with me and took great care in making sure I had the correct sizing and was comfortable with the changes required with my ring. All the staff here are friendly and welcoming and very pleasant. They told me that the resizing could take up to 3weeks but I had my ring back in just over a week and a half and the repair was absolutely fantastic. Would have no issue purchasing from here again!
I purchased a Vivienne Westwood watch under 4 yrs ago from Beaverbrooks. It stopped working so I went to Timpsons thinking it was the battery. I was told the watch needed a complete new mechanism costing £85. I went back to Beaverbrooks to see what they could do... I spoke to Tony who was very knowledgeable & professional. Tony was confident my watch just needed a Vivienne Westwood battery & she was right! I was so shocked as I thought the watch was broken & not just that the battery had gone. I am very pleased & grateful for the help & good service i received from Tony.
Shanice is an asset to this company, despite getting links taken out of my watch from Goldsmiths I was then dubious about the genuine integrity of the watch curious to ask if it was totally authentic and Shanice was helpful yet polite enough to assist me and prompt me since the service from Goldsmiths had damaged my clasp and gave the best advice. A special thanks to her, as well as her colleague for helping out and answering my questions that day. As I said, in future should I require any watch services or repairs I know where to come!
Amazing service I had today a friendly welcoming atmosphere when I arrived brilliant service i can not recommend this place more.
My partner purchased a specialist item after much deliberation, but it seems he was mis-sold the item as it did not perform to the specification requested at the time of purchase. After agreeing with the store for them to replace the item and after going home to collect the original packaging at their request, he was then told they would replace the item but would only give a £350 credit note for the difference in price. We had no faith in the staff in store and felt as though we had been misled and fobbed off! We will definitely not be shopping at Beaverbrooks again and certainly would not recommend them!

A nice clean bright shop, staff friendly we was served by a young lady Sabah she was very helpful, polite & friendly she gave us some good advice about what we was buying, would definitely recommend.
