The teamworking in this branch is very good. Yesterday I called in to pick up a necklace that had been repaired. I had planned to leave a watch that needed a new battery with them. It was fitted while I waited. I have been going to this business for over 10 years now and highly recommend it.

Dropped by to get my Christmas present watch strap adjusted..... With Covid-19 protocols we had bit of a queue. The lady serving was friendly & efficient, within minutes had sorted the problem. Watch fitted properly, perfect. Asked for the charge only to be told because nothing was removed it was free. So thank you very much for your service, it was really nice of you.

We went in for wedding rings. The lady, Julie, was extremely knowledgeable and really helped us.  We had ordered before lockdown, but they gave us a courtesy call when they closed for lockdown and let us know as soon as we could go back to pick the rings up.  Great service both times we went in.
