Best place to park in Shrewsbury. It's right next to the theatre Severn & easy access to the town centre. Charges apply but free after a certain time. Extremely large car park. Does flood if the Severn is high .
Huge car park and almost always spaces available, but not the easiest to get to - you need to be patient and allow time for getting in and out.
A fairly large, pay and display car park ideally located for access to Theatre Severn, the town centre and train station. Prices are fairly reasonable at £4 for up to ten hours, and £1 for up to ten hours on a Sunday. The car park is free after 6pm and tends to be quieter later.
Very well positioned car park. Parking 6pm - 8am is free and they allow motorhomes to overnight there.
Parked at frankwell car park Shrewsbury. We went on a Sunday so I was delighted to see that the parking was free. This car park is a short walk from the town centre there is a foot bridge straight into town . There are a huge number of parking spaces and coaches can park here too . I'd recommend this car park.
Good car park get there at a reasonable time as can get busy also be wary it can get flooded due to being close to the river
Ideal parking if you don't mind having a short walk into the town. Payment machines cash or card.
Lots of spaces and ticket machines, in the open air, spaces are a good size, green space nearby for walks and dogs, even a few benches by the river. On the minus side, floods sometimes in the Winter and fills up - with cars - fairly early in the Summer.
Perfectly functional and it was free after 6pm. Fair bit of congestion on the exit however, as most people using the theatre will park here so be aware.
A bit complicated car park payment system but everything else is great!
