Staff were friendly and accommodating if a little on the slow side this is something that could be worked on... but customer service was great. Really friendly atmosphete! The food was good and big portions. Refillable coffee and tea is always a bonus. Not so pricey for all we ate!

Me and my partner normally come here because I have vouchers quite often through the F&B app. As we got there we had to wait 20 min for a table even though it wasn’t full. We were then seated . It took a waiter 10 minutes to come and ask us for our drinks even though we waited by the bar for 20 min and didn’t even get asked for a drink while waiting Then another 10 minutes they took our food order My partner order his started and main and I just order a main and a side of garlic bread When my partners starter came out the garlic bread came with it? Even though I told her I wanted it as a side and not a starter and the garlic bread was like dough Literally 2 minutes after my partner was eat in his started his main came, he was still eating his started and the waitress just put it on the table next to him and she could see clearly he hasn’t finished. So then he started eating his main and I had to wait another 20 min for my main.. my partner finished his dinner before I even had mine. I ordered the calazone and when it arrived it looks pretty pleasant but as I Started to eat it wasn’t very hot the cheese tasted off. I quickly finished it and we were off. 3 people complained about their food and service before we had payed for our food. Very disappointed.. won’t be returning.

Upon arriving to F+B, we were greeted with I believe was the restaurant manager. Very polite, calm, and showed us to our table. My partner and I felt relaxed. He took our drinks order straight away. Everything was great, but then after our drinks arrived, Everything went downhill. The waitress came and took our order, but we werent ready. She's came back another 2 times before we were ready, even though you turn your menus upside down and it says "ready to order" on the back. During the waiting time of our starters, a table next to us had food delivered twice incorrectly. It was for another table. 45 MINIUTES had passed, and finally, our starters arrived. The chefs in the kitchen were just standing there doing nothing well before our starters came, so I don't know what was going on behind there. Starter was OK. Upon starters coming to an end, our main was served very quickly. Almost immediately after starter. It was somebody's birthday in the restaurant, so the lights went down, and the music went up, and stayed up.. all the way up. It was unbearable. No one had decided to turn it down after the birthday music was played. Listening to the Killers on Vol 35!! I asked one of the waitresses to turn it down, and she did so straight away. Towards the end of the evening I noticed that the music had gone up again, quite loudly. A couple paying in front of me at the till had to ask for the music to be turned down to not being able to hear what the waitress was saying! I just felt that no body really had a clue what's going on in there, no organisation. It used to be good, and I would enjoy going there. After having the same experience for the passed 3 visits, I feel It really has gone downhill. it's a shame. I won't be returning.

Average experience, pleasant enough service, food was as you would expect for the price.

Terrible service even when not really busy. Food is getting worse every time I visit. Staff don't seem to care what sort of experience you have as there is no apology for delays.
