Drive through took ages, speaker either intermittent or staff only half listening. Male taking the order not helpful at all. Young female at the service window didn't smile or actually say anything at all, not even a thank you for the custom that keeps you in a job as customers can easily go elsewhere. Miserable experience but food average, so thanks KFC Trostre, you can put a dampner on an experience, buy elsewhere and feel more valued, for sure.
Quite often order kfc normally good. This time missing items poorly prepared cold food. Worst of all tried calling store at least three times no answer. Online complaints not working just keeps loading page on submission feel like I've been robbed. One thing to get food your not happy with. But to not get what you have paid for. Want be using again.
Danny saved the day. People in the back totally messed up my order and going to KFC is a treat so I’d rather get it as I want it.nnWhoever hired Danny was thinking because he’s doing his best and sorted my meal out.
Why have a contact number when you never answer? We ordered a 10pc wicked variety bucket with yourselves and received a 6 pc and the fillets were missing. This isn't the first time this has happened. For the prices you charge you'd think you'd get it right.
Ordered at Llanelli drive through on 23/05/24 was served by such a lovely lady named Rhia. Customers service was excellent and such a happy positive person. KFC are lucky to have her on the team .
