I am very discgraced with kfc llanelli, I visited at 2.00 pm this afternoon, not only was the women on the drive through rude and disrespectful to others she also needs to learn how listen, the food was horrible the popcorn chicken was buzzing and chewy, the bun was stale and the chips were cold, I will not be returning to kfc, mc Donald’s has better quality food

Took 17 mins to even reach the d.thru speakbox, guy said bear with me for a minute, came back approx 6 mins later, attitude of guy at window stank, no apology for wait, no napkins or wipes etc, greasy chicken, only 5 cars in dthru including myself, absolutly shocking service, emailed head office and no help what so ever, clearly a company that does not care about its customers, wont be returning here !!!!

If I could give a zero star I would... Went through drive thou today to the ignorant bitch who left me at the mic for 10 mins without asking me if I completed my order it was hell of a que I had to drive around at the end

What a shameful experience I’ve had in this branch. Usually the gravy, chicken and fries are beaming with steam and are tender with juice. But not at this visit, dry cardboard chicken that taste of socks, gravy all watery and fries all soggy. The Pepsi was flat. Service was good but the experience has scared me from coming again. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
