Dirty surfaces and terrible quality food. The tables are always sticky and service is very slow. The staff are, for the most part, very cold and actually argue with you if they get your order wrong. I asked them if they could clean the table and around the floor where there was sauce and various bits of food flung everywhere and the general vibe was 'why should I?' When I ordered they put the cutlery and the tiny sauce packets in one bucket and brought it to the table but they didn't check the bucket to see whether someone has used the sauce packets - I had to pick my way through empty/half empty ones to find an unused one. Cleanliness is a huge issue - I wouldn't return! The food was of poor quality - cheap/frozen and they got two of our orders wrong. I'd give this restaurant a zero if I could.

Waited over 45 mins for our meals .when they finally arrived both our steaks were overcooked ,chips and onion rings not far off black and my fried eggs were like boiled eggs they were so overcooked ,mushrooms practically raw and grilled tomato had not even been grilled .only managed to eat a little as we were starving and I never complain about meals but there was no way we were paying for the meals so complained and got a refund ,the waitress could see most of our food  was either very overcooked or raw .waitress was great and very helpfull but maybe need more staff as place needed a good clean and by the state of the food maybe more chefs ?

Arrived to a very unhappy staff member whom I thought was unprofessional. We advised we would order food as well as a soft drink, though the staff member wasn't that interested. Cutlery was dirty plus the Bucket which the cutlery was in was also dirty. The most annoying thing was the table we sat in was sticky and dirty..

Pros - good value food. Excellent choice of reasonably priced food and drink. Friendly staff. 
Cons - the ham pie looked liked it had been dropped on the floor something that the waiter apologised for. Should have a mustard sauce but couldn't taste it so meant the pie was bland. 
Table was sticky and could have done with a good clean. Looking around, this seemed to be the case for many of the tables.
