I recently chased up a missing order. Pleased to say that service was efficient and helpful.

Placed ‘click and collect’ order by telephone 1 item….. checked that this was in stock and impressed upon the call handler my need for urgency..  90 mins later and sat in the car park waiting. I believe that they want to me to adhere to their expectations of urgency and customer experience! It’s a small warehouse….. Someone just go and get it off a shelf please!

As a tuition company, we go over a fair share of stationery. We have a long standing business with FBO. Their service has always been great: affordable prices, quality goods, speedy deliveries and a great customer support!  We would recommend FBO as a reliable supplier.

Me and my dad went to go and get me some school supplies and they were clothes but I am sure when they were in Grassmoor they used to be opened way later. Also since my dad only finishes work at 4:30 we will not be able to get any supplies. I am very disappointed.

Generally no problem but on a particular day I had made the effort to visit when Google listed as open only to get there and find it closed

Apalling, driven all the way to the shop to see it is now onlu open once a week... not good at all!!!!
