We recently sold our Shared Ownership property through Fox and Sons Taunton and we were extremely happy with their services and the smooth running of the whole process. We also used their Mortgage Advisor, Craig, who was absolutely brilliant and would receive 5 stars alone without the additional great service we received from the rest of the team. We would highly recommend this branch.

I dealt with Fox & Sons approximately 5 years ago, when I bought my Flat in Silver Street. I found them to be extremely professional, polite and helpful. Not only that, they are darn nice people ! For these reasons, I am returning to them now, as I am considering selling my Flat to move to pastures new ! If you strive for top class service, speak to Steve, Katie and the rest of the excellent crew at Fox & Sons, Taunton. You'll never regret it ! So it's 5 well deserved stars for Fox & Sons. I can only speak for the lettings side and If I could give 0 stars I would. I saw a flat online and loved it. Sent 4 emails since the start of November heard nothing back. Called to arrange a viewing they couldn't get me in for a week because tiverton was "too far" to go to every day. On the day of this viewing was told by a friend it had been let! No call or anything and when I rang they said they hadn't booked it in the diary so wouldn't have turned up anyway. I think the landlords need to know how awful they are as this one in particular had offered reduced fees/rent just to generate interest when In reality if they could be bothered to go out of the office or reply to emails it would have probably let in a week.. landlords stay away far better and cheaper companies out there
