was with my friends wednesday and was the rudest and unwelcoming pub ever. some of us don’t drink alcohol yet demanded we all buy drinks or out. do not recommend. never met such a rude man in my life
It dated, cold, couldn't have main meal, only burgers/fry up because of world cup, couldn't pay by card, lucky we had enough cash. It nothing special
Very warm welcoming pub love the karaoke evening on Saturday.
On one visit the fire brigade was there because the kitchen was on fire ! The next visit was very quiet but the whole of the bar area smelt of burnt old deep fryer fat. I've never seen a menu but they do food. Drinks were priced in today's norm and well served in the correct glass The above review was NOT compiled by me and I apologise unreservedly for any upset that it may have caused. Always friendly staff. I've now read the other reviews, but I've never met the landlord.
Went in for karaoke on Saturday night. Great atmosphere friendly staff and very reasonable prices
A family friendly pub with a good crowd for karaoke on Saturdays.
Don't bother. 'Christmas Karaoke' amounted to nought and was abruptly terminated around 9PM, when the pub closed without giving people any notice. Potential customers make arrangements around these types of function. Cannot tell if they'll be open, or closed. JUST AVOID..
Chef absolutely unprofessional and spoke down to the poor young man on the bar, who from what I can gather was on his first shift. Terrible behaviour from a fully grown man. It’s put me off returning.
Nice venue for live music
staff are disrespectful and have no respect for there customers, shocking!
