The whole medical team has been outstanding in helping with my recovery. Physiotherapy after surgery has helped with strength and stability. Chiropractic care has kept my spine adjusted. Family medicine has been helpful in maintaining vaccines, adjusting medications, paperwork, and referrals to allied health care providers. Having everyone there including the pharmacy makes a big difference. Big shoutout to the admin team and everyone who work so well together. All around a great team!
Robin and Guy are both amazing chiropractors and awesome people. They listen to your concerns and make adjustments to your body accordingly. They are both so nice and really care about your health. I have no issues making appointments and it's easy to get in when I need an adjustment.
Dr. Arabi is our family physician for almost 2 years now. She is really helpful and understanding. Also her assistant Danielle tacking care of administrative and follow ups over expectations. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the service there.
"DR" Anaedu is complete trash. Held my parents MVA records hostage for weeks only to be told after requesting numerous appointments that she wants $145 per page. Thanks for ruining my father's accident benefits. My Family doctor on Wenige Dr filled out ALL my MVA paperwork immediately without me or my insurance paying a dime. Staff are very rude and rarely answer the phones as well, other reviews are spot on. The Dr had ZERO nursing/front staff for 3 weeks but would not say why. Dr. Anaedu was doing front desk work AND Doctering work. Clearly management is incompetent all the way to the top. Doctor loves to blame incorrect prescription notices on the Pharmacy constantly. Made my parents go back n forth, with the pharmacy showing the Dr never sent the prescriptions in. Have informed AllState of this doctors office trash work ethic, and will try to resolve the issue for MVA forms through a walk in clinic. I made the mistake of signing up my elderly parents & aunt/uncle here, will be searching for a new family doctor ASAP.
I am sure I am not the only one experienced this and I hope everyone writes their experience so that others can benefit plus the management can track their employees performance and attitude with patients. Front desk, supposedly a "nurse" named Kitty for Dr. Anaedu, worst customer service ever! not polite nor professional. Had to visit in person when it was nearly impossible for them to answer the phone, yet after all that hassle, the supposedly "nurse" added the cherry on the top with her very impolite way of talking. Time to change! * Had to give 1 star because there is no ZERO stars here
Our family Dr retired and we have become patients of Dr Anaedu who has been helpful, courteous and professional at all times as has her staff very satisfied with the switch. She was recommended by Dr Guy DiCicco, and I highly recommend Guy and Peter as I have attended their clinc for many years for rehab and chiropractor services. Both are very professional and go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the best treatment available including proper orthotics. I would never go elsewhere and with no hesitation highly recommend you choose them as your chiropractic and rehab specialists. Their staff are also phenomenal. You can't go wrong.
Nobody answers to the phone calls for Dr. Aneadu at the Clinic!!! So I visited in-person today to reschedule our Friday's appointment. I requested the reschedule as we won't be able to attend that day due to an unavoidable circumstance. To my surprise, the receptionist replied in a very arrogant manner and shouted at me telling that the appointment cannot be rescheduled!! Even though we provided more than 48 hours notice time for the re-schedule of appointment she refused and instead threatened us to expel from their rolls and will not provide any further care for us if we don't make it on this Friday. I also heard her taking about my medical condition to her colleague which could also be heard by others standing near the counter! This is a clear breach of Privacy! It is really upsetting and of great concern to us!! I requested to provide the decision of expelling us from their rolls in writing to which she told that it will be emailed within a day!! We have never seen such arrogance, disrespect and inhuman treatment by any Doctor's office!!!
Dr. Anadeu is not a good doctor at all. She doesn't return your calls for a least 2 to 4 weeks later than she says how can I help when you go to her after telling her what's going on with you and she still answers with how can I help. She is very useless. I don't recommend her to anyone at all. She doesn't really listen to you for what you actually need she just sends you for random tests when you tell her your diagnosis right when you have an intake with her and than she accepts you as her patient but than says I didn't know you had those diagnosis.
I had an initial assessment with Dr. DiCicco this morning... And I'm beyond impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and respect!! Not to mention how personable he is! He made me feel comfortable and not like I'm just another patient. It wasn't just snap and send me on my way. He was very detailed about explaining what he's doing and asking if certain things were okay with me! 10/10 would recommend Dr. DiCicco for Chiro services!!
Always an excellent experience. From a broken fibula to shoulder issues, lower back pain, anything. Guy and Peter have got everything taken care of to get you back to normal and pain free. They are professional and personable at the same time. They take time to get to know their patients and always make you feel welcome when you’re there. It’s like they’ve been expecting you!
