Purchased beds and mattress for my daughters new coach our and our 3 bed detached. Excellent value for money, great choice and to cap it all free delivery. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase beds. Ian the owner always gives excellent customer service.
I have to say we have just had one of the best shopping experiences ever. The owner Ian could not have been more helpful. I would recommend anyone who needs a new bed or mattress to head to North Camp and pop on to 40 Winks. Great service.
Forty Winks Beds, North Camp UK is my go to place when I need a new mattress. In fact, it's the only place I go. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis so it's imperative I have the right mattress. The Forty Winks Canberra mattress gives me support without being too firm, it's like sleeping on a cloud, pure bliss! I first purchased it six years ago from Forty Winks on the advice of a very knowledgeable member of staff, she took the time to find the right mattress to suit my needs. I have moved out of the area since then and when the time came for me to downsize to a single mattress I rang Forty Winks hoping they still stocked the Canberra mattress and that they could deliver to me. I spoke to a lovely lady who took all my info, and I waited. Ian rang me back the same day and confirmed it was still available and delivered it for me a few days later. WOW Exceptional customer service! Seriously, Forty Winks are second to none when it comes to customer service and quality. If you need to know what mattress is right for you then look no further, Ian and the staff at Forty Winks will match you to your perfect bed mate, ever time. Thank you Ian for delivering my mattress in good time and saving me from a lot of pain, thank you to the staff for exceptional customer service and thank you Forty Winks for a perfect nights sleep. Went in today to get a sofa bed just on the off chance. Was delivered today. Looks lovely in my living room. The service was great. Will go back again when needing a new bed.
Amazing staff, thanks for helping me sort out a bed in a short space of time. Delivery option was superb fitted in me in a time around work. Even put the bed together for me. Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic Services!!. We choose to shop here due to it being a local independent store and the great reviews - we were not disappointed. Great help and advise with no pushy sale technique. They could have delivered the same day if we had wanted them to and the delivery arrived with two people to carry it upstairs and within the time frame agreed. Overall a very smooth transaction. We are very happy with our new mattress and would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed/mattress.
These guys are great! Friendly, local company competitively priced with the big boys but offer a freidnly hello and some useful advice. Their website says delivery in 7 days, we needed it sooner, which was no issue for the team. Will use again
We bought two mattresses for our children and they absolutely love them. Great customer service, very polite and personable with competitive pricing. Forty Winks had obviously worked hard to make sure the shop is safe to visit and are adhering to all the guidelines. I must also mention the last mattress we bought before lockdown was ordered at 2.30pm and at our house by 4pm, you can’t beat that for customer service.
Bought our double bed here and the service was first class. Ann was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The whole experience from start to delivery of bed was smooth and efficient. The bed is so comfy and I would definitely recommend. Wish I had known about this shop years ago! Excellent choice of beds too and competitive prices
I don't often write reviews but had such a good experience with Forty Winks I felt it necessary to share. Found exactly what I was looking for on their web site at a better price than elsewhere. Discussed with the friendly, knowledgeable manager directly and made order over the phone. Arranged a free Saturday morning delivery with a 2 hour slot. Received a call one hour before to confirm exact delivery time. Bed and mattresses were perfect. Whole experience shows how small, privately owned businesses that care can smash the corporate giants out the park. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely be going back to them for our next bed.
