New sofa delivered but there are multiple issues with it. Have attempted for over 2 weeks to get someone at this store to book an appointment for their upholsterer to look carry out repairs. Despite promises and being fobbed off It appears this large Company like many others like it are only interested in profits. If you have a problem with a DFS sofa good luck.

I will never ever trust DFS and the staff they miss guide you I ordered a sofa which was cream and chocolate colour and the delivered grey and silver and when I made a complaint the store manager manager DEEN started playing games by saying that I ordered this sofa and when showed him the picture I took the sofa I ordered which was in the store he started saying that it’s same colour. I think DFS Should send there staff to spec saver before they offer them a job.

Superb store but one member of staff was terrible.... Very unpleasant for my husband and I to be forced to listen to that person. He made inadequate comments on the place we live and afterwards he started an argument in front of us with one of his colleagues, a very helpful young lady. Terrible person but the furniture is amazing.

Management is Absolutely appalling I been trying to call for the last few days they never answer the phone, there are few staff that are extremely rude! Very bad service avoid this store at all times!!!

Been trying to get hold of DFS for days now for a repair on our sofa! The number just keeps ringing and ringing I had the same problem last time I wanted a repair fixed!! Can't believe I paid extra for this service!! We only had purchased the sofa a few months back in November and already we have needed it repaired and this is the 2nd repair. I would not recommend the Chestfield sofa, the buttons just go through the fabric! I'm so disappointed.
