Nice products, staff lazy. I like the products in the Bathstore but in the few times I've been in here, the guy and girl on the desk seem bored and disinterested. I always had to approach them rather than the other way round, one was sat reading the paper looking bored, answers to my questions were helpful but not overly so. I guess you don't get loads of customers in here so I'd hope those that do get first class treatment. I kind of don't blame them though I blame the management, I'd be bored sat in a quiet shop all day. Still I'd recommend the products they're very nice.....

I agree - I got hardly any advice when I went in the store and had to do most of it myself. Use the store to check the products but order online as it's easier
