very upmarket place to go for lunch/tea. we had afternoon tea and our experience was surpassed by the service we received from our host margareth I think her name was. whatever we requested she delivered. it isn’t my favourite place for arvo tea but the service was on point and that pushes the rating up :

Excellent staff! Wonderful range of high-quality products and just a proper place to indulge yourself!

I just had a stunning meal and the service was first class. I had a meeting there for lunch with 2 very special colleagues and we were looked after like kings by all the staff especially Marco. Give yourself a treat this place ticks all the boxes and is stunning in all ways

Great store, Excellent selection of delicious teas and buscuits, and amazing staff. 10/10 would shop again.

The best place where I can spend my time shopping and the food is so delicious, I like their  Welsh and scotch egg

Poor customer service but the tea is quite good
