First time I've had to get an MOT in years, chose F1 as was reasonably priced and able to fit me in at short notice. I have never experienced such a thorough inspection of a vehicle! My car was only 3 years old so I was expecting to be in & out within 15 minutes, an hour later the car was ready. Fantastic service, friendly staff, even kept the kids entertained too. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys.

Went in to have new tyres fitted and I could not fault the service! The manager was friendly and very helpful and the mechanic did a really good, thorough job. I would definitely go back again!

They unfortunately had to cancel my MOT and rebook due to short staffing but refunded my money and gave me a lift to the train station while my car was being tested. Excellent customer service!

Overall Service was very good but it should not take 3 hrs to fit 4 tyres when you have a specific appointmet. Its about time that senior managment realised the real numer of staff that a busy centre needs, from my 30 years in the tyre industry you would work on 1 less fitter than you have bays and 1 manager and assistant manager. These guys were really struggling and did the absolute best thay could

I was very pleased with my last visit. The recent change in Management is clearly visible and there is a focus on Customer Care. I was pleasantly surprised that the Technician fed back after the final road test before handing the car back to me and went through all the work that had been done. The Manager was easy to deal with and clearly wanted to do a good quality job. Now - I would recommend to anyone.
