Polite service as usual. Didn't need a puncture repair because a nail didn't completely penetrate, do they didn't charge me.

Poor, firstly i was booked in at 10.00 why have a booking slot if they can't keep up.  Friendly staff but no go in any of them would rather walk around looking busy. 2 hrs 30 mins to fit 4 tyres is not wot I'd expected on a Sat morning. 4 staff working and one of these was on the phone doing quotes and another on MOT. Which left two fitting tyres, needless to say i will be taking our cars somewhere else next time.

Went in last week to get a quote for 4 winter tyres for my Renault Traffic, staff obviously couldn't be arsed to do a quote, so was advised I would do better if I went on the internet to find them... not at all helpful or customer focused.

Fab job done on 2 new front tyres free coffee while you wait which really isn't that long. Will use again.
