Disappointing! They dont know anymore the meaning of word BOOKING! They will try to invent all kind of excuses to postpone you when they have an car which they found out that needs doing more additional work after an MOT and you are BOOKED after that car, in order to be sure that they get extra money. What about the other BOOKED costumer?! What about his time?! DISSATISFIED

Had booked appointment time but was told on arrival that previous job was taking a long time and they couldn't give me even an estimate of when mine would be done. One tyre change and wheel alignment took an hour and a half in the end. I was lucky I had someone to drive out and pick me up else it would have been a boring morning. They got the job done, but delays, additional fuel costs for getting a lift home and then back to ATS later, and the lack of info provided at dropoff dictate a 2 star review. Disappointed.

Had used them a few years ago and had been a bit disappointed but just had an MOT done and 4 new tyres, the person I dealt with, Ashley was very helpful and went out of his way to help. Great customer service
