Generally very good. My only gripe is that I booked and paid for 2 new tyres online and was given a fitting date with a pm appointment (no actual time was given), but when I turned up I was told I would have an hour and a half wait for an available fitter and another half hour for fitting and balancing so had to hang around for 2 hours. Other than that a good job was done and the precise wheel balancing was spot on.

Used the price promise so the tyres eneded up being a pretty good deal, The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is for no reason at all one of the staff there must have gone in my glovebox and thr hertford branch has no time slots

With my husband we use Formula 1 team in Hertford for some years now. The team has been very caring, polite, fast and professional. Every time we need some help with our cars we are approaching Formula 1 team with confidence and trust, that the problems would be resolved. The most important for us is, that we would receive an options for what has to be done, the time frame and a fair price. Ewen, the manager will give us the best advice, always protecting our interests. The service we received is always done to the high professional standards. Every visit to Formula 1 Hertford branch is stress free and pleasant experience. We definitely recommend this branch and will continue use it in the future. Alan and Ana
