I go there every year for my car MOT and am always greeted with a smile and a conversation when i enter the building. The price is very reasonable and i am always very happy with the work that is done on my car. Would recommend to all.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else loyalty works both ways , I trust the garage and the staff, I regularly take my car to Caxton Hill Motors for MOT and servicing and repairs a busy garage, a small family run business that offers a good service with friendly staff.

If your unsure where to go I highly recommend Caxton hill motors. Friendly service and they put you at ease when your unsure of what’s wrong. No matter how busy they take the time to see what they can do for you.

I Always go to Caxton Hill Motors with my Service, MOT and any other problems i have with my car (Tyres and Brakes etc) and always greeted with a smile and First class Service. Have Recommended to lots of others too, who all go there regulary aswell!! *****

Called up CAXTON HILL MOTORS to book my car in for help with a repair on a Vauxhall Corsa C handbrake, I purchased cables which for some reason did not fit as planned and came up short, as these are original cables I questioned wether I had done something wrong and felt it it would be sensible to have a mechanic replace the cable instead. I explained this to the lady on the phone and her response was “I think it’s better to say no” when asked why she said “well you’ve started something so it’s better not to because we won’t know unless we strip it all out” I explained there was nothing to strip out as the cable is accessible and visible beneath the vehicle without having to remove anything, her response “hmm yes still I’m going to say no”. I got another two or three “No’s” after this until I hung up in shock and this woman’s phone skills. Don’t touch these Caxton with barge pole unless you feel you’ve got a job worth their time and your money. Never in my life have I had a mechanic repair shop say no to such a simple job and be so shameless about it. She had no clue about what I was explaining to her and didn’t seek to ask someone for technical advice to assertain what the issue might be and simply said no to even taking a look at the car. I’d give 0 stars if I could for such poor customer service. Shame on you Caxton.
