The staff were amazing! They were so nice and lovely to talk to although one of the mangers, Geraldine was not as friendly to me and the staff she was treating them with no respect at all but lovely experience would definitely recommend!

Trying to get a car space is horrendous.  They have removed so many spaces and put up more restaurants.  More shops are still being put in place. They want to attract more customers, but where do they park. I am disabled,  was over there today.  Drove round about 6 times, still couldn't find a disabled place.   I would have given up only for the fact  I needed prescriptions. Ended up in the small multi story car park. Awful! I then had to do my shopping and push a trolley to my car.  Parking is awful and lanes so narrow.  I don't want to go back, but have to for my medication.  On the positive,  shops are lovely and a great shopping centre.  But,  so let down by Parking facilities

Really good centre, selection of shops amazing, layout of shopping good. Not terribly fussed on the carpark layout.carparking can be a nightmare at timesnWorth a visit though even with poor parking.

Convinced they’re trying to sweat people out of the mall for faster turn over. Heat is unbearable everywhere now- it used to just be Next, going to need a shower when I get home. Music is also far too loud all the time.

Just received a double dip car parking charge from Smart Parking Forestside's outsourced parking management company. Two separate short visits were erroneously recorded as being in the car park for 5+ hours and a £100 fine issued. Contacted Forestside management and the didn't want to know.
