Ordered over the phone on Friday and had the fridge freezer delivered and installed on Monday before lunch. First class, friendly service from taking the order over the phone to the delivery and installation. The delivery driver was great, friendly and respectful of property. Very pleased with purchase and would definitely return in future and recommend.
Phoning to order a machine very easy , the staff friendly and efficient . Being given a time slot for delivery was beneficial and time saving. The delivery could not have been better. Lifted old machine , and were respectful of property. Super efficient ! Would definitely use again. Very good price too .

Purchased a new Candy fridge freezer from Paul in store yesterday at a great price, delivered the next day by a first class delivery driver who was very helpful. Highly recommended and easy to deal with. Will definitely buy again.
First class service.....value for money products......I bought a cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and an extractor fan.....all delivered and installed without issue.....also took away my old items.....highly recommend this store.
Initial phone purchase and delivery seemed pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately the item recieved was not as advertised. After-sale service was mediocre at best, surly at worst. Neither prompt nor professional until the point of refund. A very disappointing experience from what was a local gem.
Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff both at the store and delivery driver. Appliance price rival all other electrical stores but efficiency of staff stood out and would make me shop there again
Excellent customer service. Denise went above&beyond to help me. Sorted me with same day delivey and someone to install my new appliance. Have used Mc Coubreys for many years and will continue to do so.
Staff very courteous and helpful have been in this store before and, would go back again no hesitation in recommending to friends
