I used the car park last week, free parking. Thought i would have a look around upstairs, it was weird. Imagine being in a store with everything working, lights on, escalators working and nothing but silence, very strange !!!! Just to add - 3 days later i received a parking ticket for £60 as it was not free parking. Apart from the barriers left open and ticket machines not working..........so obviously that means not free parking !!! Please, if just one person reads this and avoids this sneaky little trap then its worth it. Avoid Bangor at all costs, other towns are more shopper freindly and better set up.

The place is really in need of some new stores. The car park should be free in order to attract customers into the shopping centre. Bangor has plenty of free parking so people don't need to visit the centre. The food court has emptied onto the street. The centre really needs to step up their game and restore the location to being a hub of the community.

I am amazed this entire building can still open with only a handful of stores open on the entire premises. I can't understand how it has gone so downhill since it is a prime real estate location with a huge amount of parking behind it. I think high street retail is a thing of the past, and people only want to go to shopping centers now if there is an array of stores they can get everything they would want on a shopping outing, eg groceries, cosmetics, clothing, coffee etc. I think this would be a great location for a community style cinema/ theatre. It could generate business for the rest of the building, with restaurants or cafes, or perhaps a large chain gym. I hope the town council can seek investment opportunities for the site or get some volunteer groups using the premises.

I used to love the flagship centre years ago when full of shops but now there's only a pound shop, a sports clothing shop. Food court only houses a Burger King so no variety. All in all i would not recomnend visiting the Flagship Centre. In dire need of a major revamp. Some funding and more shops brought back to attack customers.

Think it's really sad that this once busy shopping centre is now looking like something out of a disaster movie. It is very creepy with all the doors open and the escalatiors running and not anotjer person in sight. What's going on hete???? Such a waste having it open if it's not being put to good use. Don't park there as it is NOT free!
