What an absolutely first class car dealer! I was looking for a new car for my wife and came across one advertised by Motors Coalville which seemed to be just what I was looking for, Spoke to Shane who was totally professional. No flannel - he just gave me all the facts for me to consider and immediately sent a copy of the warranty for me to look at before making a decision. Unlike many dealerships he didn't try to lowball the part exchange on our old vehicle - he suggested a price which was perfectly reasonable and acceptable. We went ahead with the deal - the delivery date was difficult for us and he even contacted another purchaser to rearrange deliveries to accommodate us. Car was delivered on the day agreed - he even didn't request payment until the car was here and inspected by us. A promise to notify DVLA immediately our old car was back at their premises it was the last day of the month so we might have lost another months refund was kept and confirmation sent to us immediately. Follow up has been excellent to ensure we were happy with the car. Shane stayed in touch every inch of the way and made a worrying long distance car purchase completely stress and hassle free. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealer and purchase from them again..

Purchase of Ford Kuga from motors Coalville Ltd. I was greeted and dealt with by Russell, who helped me with my enquiry, I arranged to meet him at the dealership to look at the Kuga and test drive it. There was no pressure from Russell to purchase the car whilst looking at it or test driving, he just explained everything inside the vehicle. The rest was down to me. I picked the vehicle up on the arranged day and everything was very quick from me arriving to when I left. I am very satisfied with the Kuga and I now have a trusted dealer that I will return to in the future.

Straightforward, honest approach with none of the usual hard sell approach we’ve experienced at other dealers. Didn’t try and sell us anything we didn’t ask for and gave a competitive price for our part exchanges. Adam gave us plenty of time on our own with the car to make a decision and sorted out the one minor defect swiftly so we could still pick the car up on the next working day. He also made sure there was ample fuel in the tank to get us home and didn’t charge for it, unlike other companies or slip in an admin charge. Although they are an hour and a half away we would really like to buy our next car from Adam!
Not actually bought anything myself, but my boss has. Had the pleasure of calling in today and found to be some of the nicest sales/service people have met.... And check out their car collection! Awesome!
Coalville Motors was very helpful and friendly in getting the the motor I have always wanted.
Avoid if you are booked in for a "Ford motorcraft service" after having abit of a moan at the service advisors for not providing a health check, wash, checking the gearbox oil and putting the wrong oil in the car, I was told by them. "The Ford motorcraft service is abit of a con, its designed so we can up sell on work and get people into new cars" unbelievable.
