Beautiful setting, the house is lovely, my room has a view of fields & hills, very serene. The room is large & comfortable with a seating area where you can put your feet up & relax after a good day of hiking about...the Cuckoo trail is at bottom of the property. Jan, the owner, is lovely & helpful suggesting very nice eating establishments. Her breakfasts are delicious!
My American expectation of an English countryside b&b was completely fulfilled at Fontmills House B&B.

A friendly welcome from Jan Ayles the owner. Good parking right opposite the front door; we had a large top floor room (duck if you are tall) with an excellent modern en suite shower & WC and glorious views over the farm's paddocks. Strawberries for breakfast and, of course, the full Monty if you wanted it. Also, an easy road to Glyndebourne, say, 15/20 mins.
