As you can see from most of the reviews they aren't very good at answering the phone. Other than that though they are excellent. Completely honest and upfront about what's wrong with the car and the cost of fixing it. Very reliable in my few interactions at getting problems sorted at quite short notice. You pay the full price for a MOT but they aren't going to find a problem if it's not there. I've had a couple of terrible experiences in this area with garages but since I used this one I've never had a problem.

Unprofessional and rude money grabbers!!! I took my car in twice and both times they failed to repair it however, they wanted to be paid for things that had nothing to do with the car's fault. The first time they had the car for a week and after I paid 208 pounds, the minute I drove the car away the fault was still there. I went straight back to them and they asked me to drive the car for a week and then come back so they could have plugged the computer in and see the error codes.....the second time they had the car in for 12 days in order to come back to me with a silly diagnosis: oil's level law and they tried to charge me another 100 pounds. At that stage I mentioned them the Consumer Rights act.2015 for which they should have dome a Repeat Performance. Derek at that point stormed and throw the keys at me and in front of other customers shouted to go away and never come back again. I drove the car away and surprise surprise, the fault is still there. The car keeps stalling and I don't even thing they have tested it after the "Repair". Absolutely shocking behavior. Trading Standards is now aware of my case and some action will be taken.

I left my car there for changing a fuel pump in tank. First time they said is the problem with electric. Second time they changed a pump and that's ok. Previously, the window opened in the car, now none of the windows open! Mechanic said he don't know how that happend.

I drove to the garage on a flat tyre - the man already working on a car stopped and changed my tyre for a new one as the flat had a big nail in it - I would say excellent customer service! I was charged less than 40 quid I will definitely recommend this garage to anyone.
