Serious Concerns with Misdiagnosis and Lack of Customer Care at Maranello Ferrari EghamnnI have had an extremely disappointing experience with Maranello Ferrari Egham. Despite multiple visits and spending thousands of pounds, my car's issues remain unresolved, and the service has been nothing short of a nightmare.nnMisdiagnosis and Costly Repairs:nI initially brought my vehicle in due to performance issues, and after multiple diagnostics and repairs, Maranello failed to resolve the core problems more than just on one occasion. The first occasion they overlooked a faulty thermostat 3 times! They incorrectly replaced components, such as a MAF sensor but this did nothing to fix the issue. Furthermore, a burnt wiring loom was discovered, which is a significant safety concern, yet I was charged over £2,000 for this, and the underlying problems persisted. This failure to identify critical faults earlier poses a serious risk to driver and passenger safety, which has been completely overlooked.nnPoor Communication and Follow-Up:nThroughout this entire process, I was promised callbacks from their service manager, Howard, but I am yet to receive any follow-up or resolution from him. The lack of communication is simply unacceptable, especially given the large sums of money I have been forced to spend on misdiagnosed and unresolved repairs.nnBetter Service Elsewhere:nFor anyone experiencing vehicle issues in the area, I can recommend Reliance Auto Test, a nearby garage, highly enough. Their team has been exceptional, providing accurate diagnostics and excellent customer care. If only I had taken my car to them sooner, I would have saved myself a lot of stress and money. OR HR Owen. Sytner are just a no go.nnAvoid Maranello Ferrari Egham if you value your time, money, and safety.
I recently had my car bodywork repaired at the service centre and the service level was impeccable. I bought my Maserati from another dealership group in Scotland who had not finished the car to the required standard. The selling dealership was many miles away so I agreed with them that I take it to Maranello Egham and the supplying dealer would cover the cost. Paul Withers helped me with my enquiry and successfully agreed all the required works with the other dealership. There was a long gap between this being arranged and me having the time to book the car in. Paul made the whole process easy, my car was booked in and handed back as agreed. I’m so pleased that it now looks how it should have the day I picked it up. Thanks Paul I really appreciate the effort you put in to help me. What a great service centre and team supporting owners of these specialist vehicles.
CarnnMaranello Ferrari Service at Egham have been brillant. My son threw a water bottle into the boot on the California. I did not see it go into the boot and it had gone where the roof folds down. I dropped the roof and it got jammed. With one side of the roof clipping down and the other side lifted by the bottle. We managed to get the bottle out but the roof did not move. I parked it overnight with the roof down. I hoped putting it to sleep would sort it out. In the morning no change so decided to turn up at Maranello Service without a booking when they opened on Saturday morning. The service team had it sorted in half an hour and could not have been more helpful, and putting engineers on it immediately. Relationships are built on people who help you when you need it - Maranello Service were just brillant.
Great people, great place.nI was here today with my 10 years old son. We came from UnitedStates to visit UK and stepped into this Beautiful Ferrari ShowRoom.nWe loved the place and felt like vip guests.nWe received a beautiful gift from them.nReceptionist MADELEINE was so great and nice lady who gave a gift to my son.nSpecial Thanks to Managing Director HOWARD who permitted my son to sit in all the cars and make some pictures for beautiful memories.nHighly recommended place for Ferrari Lovers.
