Appalling service, myself and partner had arranged for them to come and install a wardrobe for a considerable amount of money, they failed to turn up at the arranged time slot and an hour and a half after they were due we were contacted and told there was a mixup and the fitting would have to be rearranged, after dozens of phone calls to their office we managed to arrange for them to come out the next day but again they failed to show when promised, it took continuous phone calls across the day to get through to their office to be told every time that they would call back to answer our questions - which they never did. They were unable to contact their own contractor for the entire day and in the end the easier option was to cancel and install ourselves. Cannot express how much I would not recommend their services.
Awful service. Avoid! I have paid £110 for an assembly of an Ikea wardrobe and guess what! The assembler damaged the wardrobe. The wardrobe cannot be fixed and needs a replacement. In spite of several emails I have sent them including the pictures from the damaged spots and also several times of telephone calls, they have cancelled the inspection appointment we agreed for two times and still informed me that they can come for 10 days later! This is unbelievable! Although they have damaged the wardrobe they expect me to spare time within working days and stay at home so they come for inspection and yet they will cancel it. Dreadful experience, I am totally frustrated.
Mike has agreed to build my wardrobe and turn it into a fitted wardrobe. I booked him 4 weeks before the work was due to be done. Initially, Mike was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable. However, fast forward to the date of fitting, Mike sent his little companion Dave to the property first - they were arriving in separate cars. When Dave was shown the boxed wardrobe IKEA PAX flat packed he threw a hissy fit / strop because the boxes were still downstairs and not in the room the wardrobe was meant to built in. We were never told that the boxes and material had to be carried upstairs by us and that the joiner / wardrobe builder will refuse to do the job if the materials are not in the bedroom. Had we been told in the first place, we would have carried the boxes upstairs. Dave threw a strop, left his freshly made cup of tea and walked out - he refused to do the job! Then Mike turned up throwing another hissy fit because the gap between the wardrobe and the wall was 10cm each side and not 1cm. He also refused to do the job! All in all - extremely unprofessional and rude! To say that I'm gobsmacked is a total and utter understatement! I have waited for them for 4 weeks just to be walked out on and totally let down! I can truly say that I have never come across such rude and unprofessional tradesmen who acted like toddlers when it came to doing the job! AVOID AT ALL COST! Now that I've left a honest, but unfortunately for them, negative review on Facebook, he's not only getting family members to leave positive reviews to bump up his score but also harassing me with calls and messages via WhatsApp! This sort of behaviour is totally unacceptable and not OK!!!
Fitters arrived 2 hours late with no explanation, in the meantime I had been trying to contact their head office to ensure the appointment had not been forgotten about. I left a message on an answerphone at head office after ringing several times and not actually speaking to anyone, I was finally contacted after the fitters had finished. The fitters did make a good job of the wardrobes but the customer service is shocking.
Amazing!! I contacted this company to do some furniture assembly for my bedrooms and living rooms and I am so impressed with the results! The assemblers were so professional, punctual and so friendly! My furniture looks amazing. I could not recommend this company any more! I will definitely be using them again in the future.
The assembler did a fantastic job and went beyond what most would do in order to make sure the bookcases were perfect. Well impress and cannot recommend them highly enough. Will certainly be using the same assembler Steve should we need anything else assembling. Although he was a little later than scheduled he had a good reason for being late and we accepted that without a problem.
couldn't ask for more, I purchased my wardrobes on the Saturday in store and had delivery on the Sunday. Flatpacks arrived within a few days and had them up in no time whatsoever. Friendly Staff over the phone and the assembler who visited my property was professional, very courteous and took great care whilst he was working. THEY EVEN TOOK THE PACKAGING AWAY! no run to the tip for me this weekend :
It took this company 2 weeks to reply to my emails for a quote. I telephoned numerous times but no answer. Finally when they quoted it was £165 to build a wardrobe. A local joiner quoted me £35. Not only are they are terrible in service but also ridiculous in price. Goodness knows what the rest of service would have been like if I did proceed to order with them. Shocking I bet.
Thank you for doing such a fantastic job. Assembling my Ikea wardrobe.. You were very efficient and experienced. I am extremely happy with the quality of your work. I have recommended your firm to friends.
DO NOT USE. Absolutely appalling service. I was told that someone would be there between 8 and 8.30 . 09.30 nobody had arrived so called the office to be told, "not sure what's happened but system says it won't be until after 10 am". Did nobody from Flat Packs 4 All Ltd think to call and tell the customer this?? I was then told that nobody would be able to get there until 11 - 11.30 ish. If you are looking for a reliable, reputable company go else where. Its a shame IKEA recommend this company for assembling their furniture.
