They were helpful enough right until I asked them to refund my money for a product that wasn't compatible with my PC. Then the assistant produced a leaflet and told me that it wasn't company policy to make a refund on these products until I had called the relevant helpline number. Then the assistant walked off. Lovely

Have used this branch many times (despite passing two bigger stores on my way home), due to their staff being friendly and helpful.

Sure the only training they get is to 'look constantly flustered but get nothing done'. Staff are rude, fast track is pointless as you just end up stood there. Consistently bad service each time I go in but unfortunately is the closest store to me!
