We had a large Hall stairs and landing fitted with excellent carpet by a truly pleasant and expert fitter. The job was so proffesional that we then had the large front room carpeted. We would highly recommend.

I have used Manchester House carpets for years. As well as carpets and cushion floor lots of choice we have in the past had a bed off them as well.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took payment in full two weeks before job was done - I now know why. Do not pay until the goods have been delivered and fitted correctly. I ordered some lino to be fitted in my kitchen, unfortunately it's been left damaged and Manchester Carpets passed the blame. The floor was fitted without any images or paperwork being taken on the day, I noticed 3 rips in the lino so I called the shop to explain. 2 weeks later on and I've had no offer of resolution whatsoever. As Manchester Carpets sent the fitter, I contacted them directly as they have all the contact details of the fitter and third party it out. I left two voicemails, an email and got no response. After chasing again, I finally got a response on the phone which was "you'll have to speak with the fitter, it's nothing to do with me. I provided the material and it was fine when it left the shop". Trading standards have been contacted. Please avoid this shop at all costs. Thanks,
Really happy with our fast purchases of high quality amazingly priced….2 double beds with mattresses!! Great staff safe covid secured shopping too We will be back for a king mattress next week!!
Poor, very nice lady said that someone would contact me to price my apartment for carpets, 3 weeks later and still no response, I will not give them the £1,500 if they called me now, their loss, my gain.
