I've waited 2 years to do this review. My countertop looks as good as the day it was installed. Andrew the install guy and the crew were great. The workmanship is impeccable. Very difficult to find the seams. Good pricing also. Truly love it!!
We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and product we received at Excel Glass. From the moment we walked in until our gorgeous granite countertops were installed we were continually impressed by their staff at every step from sales through installation. We never felt rushed and every question was answered. They are true professionals and their service is stellar!
Just had new countertops installed... love them!! Our whole experience was great from the moment we walked in the showroom door. The two gentlemen who did our installation did an awesome job....polite, efficient , informative, very good workers..... 2 nice guys, Jake & Jamarr. Highly recommend Excel !!
Just had the most fabulous experience with Jessica from Excel Glass and Granite...made a tuff decision very enjoyable...cant wait for the finished product!
Our natural granite counter tops in Giallo SanAntonio are just gorgeous. Everyone at Excel was kind and thoughtful of our "unique" counter top design. They were helpful in coming up with a solution to appease my engineer husband and myself so that our granite will remain as problem-free as possible. From picking out our slab and sink, to answering any questions and concerns we had, they were great to deal with. A special thanks to the crew of 3 who had to carry those heavy slabs into our house. They used such care and it was appreciated. Would go here again.
They let their fleet of vehicles block Tesla charging stations. I've seen them there for 15 minutes+ multiple times. I tried contacting them via their website but never received a response. Today it happened again only this time they parked super close to my driver side door so I had trouble getting in my vehicle. There are spots all over the parking lot that are unused. Any company that lets their employees act like this without repercussions doesn't deserve anyone's business. If they remedy this issue i'll remove my negative review but clearly simply reaching out ammicably hasn't worked.
Ken at Excel worked with us to give us the exact look my wife was looking for in the bathrooms. Very friendly & turn around on install was very quick. Thank you.
