Didn’t find the staff very helpful today. Such a shame when a good store like flannels doesn’t have the staff to go with it. Wouldn’t let me post with no stars

Really rude and unhelpful manager-was he so arrogant he couldn’t support the business by suggesting next steps for getting a very expensive jacket which was unavailable on the day. A lovely younger member of staff agreed with me as to how unhelpful and rude his boss is.

I have shopped in this store (Leeds) for roughly the past 3/4 years. Always had an amazing experience and staff willing to go the extra mile to help with any queries I have or items that need ordering in. 

Do not be put off going in by some of the other reviews, this is another great store for buying designer items and the staff are fantastic.

Ordered a pair of trainers online which came 3 sizes too small. Took in store for help which was a waste of time... the staff offered no solutions and had no intentions of helping a customer who’s spent a lot of money on a ‘premium product’. 

Won’t be shopping here again.
