Had a lovely visit to York, bought a couple of items in the store.... nice place, friendly staff. Got home 250 miles later to find out the security tags were still on the clothes. On email l had to send two emails before I got a reply. I was told I could go to another store..... she suggested Brighton.... 80 miles in the other direction! Tried calling a manager who said there is nothing they can do. I have £90 worth of clothes I can't wear and no one can come up with any suggestion that might help. To top it off I have been offered 20% off their online store as a good will gesture? Because spending more money with them is the way to go? Absolutely terrible service!

Best place for uncommon clothes. Pretty much unaffordable but hey ho -- if you want to treat yourself, head this way!
