The Post Office is run very smoothly by very friendly people. Even when it gets very busy they remain efficient. Flackwell Heath would be lost without them.
Customer service, from the gentleman in particular, in this store is shocking. I've posted quite a few things and the service wasn't very nice every single time. Picking and choosing who he wants to serve and when. Just rude. I now print my own labels at home and use the parcel post box near Dreams purely because I don't want to go in their store. It socks me that even after so many reviews like mine nothing has changed
Sent a special birthday card to my mum in New Zealand on 18th April......plenty of time for her to receive on her Birthday on the 17th May.....here we are 12 June and still not received.....was this ever posted never had an issue before.....only reason I used this post office was because my usual was temporarily closed......never again will I use this post office.. Gutted my Mum didn't receive her card!!!!
The owner of the shop is extremely rude. I can’t even stress how horrible and rude he was to me when I was just trying to post a package and pay some money in. I will never step foot in there again to buy anything or use his services and I have told my friends and family to also not buy anything from his shop. Many other shops in Flackwell are more deserving of our custom and I would happily drive out of my way to not have to experience his utter rudeness again. One star is too many but it wouldn’t allow me to give none!
I have been using this post over for over 20 years but today.... the rudeness of the little man trying to scan my parcel, he was getting agitated telling me to make my screen brighter, saying it’s a new phone. It was as bright as could be and not new... infact, the exact same phone he’s scanned all the other times. There was a que so I had to keep queuing up again for him to be rude and say no. Their customer service skill in there are shocking and a massive shame. I’ll be using loudwater from now on
Flabbergasted at the service in this place. Went in at to post a letter. Letter wouldnt fit through the gap and was informed I would be charged for a small parcel. Not rocket science but paper folds right?!? Indeed id sent 12 of the same size in the same shop 2 days previously and not encountered this seemingly insurmountable issue. I had the “audacity” to ask for an inch of sellotape to correct this and was told I would have to buy some. When I expressed my surprise I was told to never come back! Wow! Literally still in shock as dont think ive ever been spoken too so rudely in a shop before. The man was abrupt, aggressive and offensive, and frankly I'm incredulous that this business is still operational given the other reviews I've read. Avoid like the plague and suggest that no level of convenience is worth a customer experience this poor. Such a shame.
I will no longer go there; terrible service!. This place is really not fit for purpose. Since it was "revamped" it now has only one counter and unbelievably just before Christmas one person was running the shop AND the Post Office counter. I queued at the mail counter for some time only to find the assistant deserted the post office counter to serve someone who had entered recently to buy a can of energy drink. My advice is don't use this place, there are several good, courteous and helpful post offices around. I just feel sorry for this who cannot travel so easily and must necessarily use this totally inadequate place with some of the worst customer service I have encountered. I gave it one star only because one cannot post a review without at least one star - undeserved in this case!
Vile small man behind counter screamed and swore at my wife, absolutely shocking that he will be able to get away with this! All the shops around have also shared there thoughts on him and the awful service they give in there! Apparently they will be closing soon as no one wants to use it and be face to face with these people! The sooner the better they should have been shut down a long time ago!!!
getting your vehicle taxed through a V62 at this Post Office never materialises and i never receive my V5. This is the 3rd time that this has happened at this Post Office. The vehicle gets taxed on the system but the V62 along with the £25 application fee which is generated via Post office chq never seems to make its way to DVLA...Something fishy going on here! He is rude and is an Absolute Bell End!
Terrible, rude service. Official opening times on post office website say open until 9pm but they say in store no posting after 6pm. We arrived at 5:50 but her refused to serve us. Owner was very rude and didn't apologise. Got very angry when I politely asked why. Won't go again. So much for supporting local businesses!
