The staff at Fixation are very helpful. I was helped by Andrea when looking for some advice about investing in a new camera. He took the time out to show me which cameras might suit my needs and any equipment I needed to go with it. Top marks for customer service. I'll be back for sure
Fixation have always been my go-to for equipment repairs. Most recently, a Canon 70-200mm f2/.8 IS II which was completed at a fair price, and were able to get it complete for me the same day I followed up, ahead of a long-term international project, despite it not being scheduled for a few more days. Much appreciated!
I’ve been desperate to get hold of the new EOS R52, and Andrew Farazzi was extremely helpful and patient with this sales process, reserving for me despite it taking a few days for me to organise my finances. I appreciated that. They look after their customers and are always super responsive and helpful.

Amazing! After researching & reading about a lot of lens repair companies I ended up coming to FIXATION. I put my 18-300 Tamron DI VC lens in for repair, the gents at the desk were very friendly & helpful. FIXATION offer a free quotation unlike most other repair companies & within the same day I was given a quote. I was extremely happy with the price & went forward with the repair. The repair took around a month, which was fine with me as they explained when I’d dropped the lens in that the repair is subject to parts & part delivery times. Once the lens was fixed I paid using a link that was emailed to me & I was offered a next day delivery options through FIXATION which I paid for. I have taken my lens out on many shoots & I’ve had no issues, I believe they also offer a 6month warranty post repair to set your mind at easy. Anybody out there who’s looking for places in London to get a repair I would highly recommend FIXATION.

Long overdue post! Found this place via good ol’ Google back in May 2018. Was hesitant at first as there were mixed reviews about this place but decided to go ahead anyways. This place was easy to find. We dropped our Nikon lens and needed it fixed ASAP. We were told that that it will take a few days to give us an estimate of the repair. In fact, they sent us the estimate the next day. We were told that the repair will take about 7 working days. Pleasantly surprised but our lens were fixed in 3 days and as my better half puts it, the condition of the lens were better than before. Overall, the service has been swift and professional. The price was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend it!
I recently visited Fixation/Wex to get some information about a product I needed and was assisted by Andrea in the sales department. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. His positive attitude made my experience enjoyable, as he didn't rush the service and took my query very seriously, answering all my questions. Highly recommend his service! Rick
Adrian Askew at Fixation provides the most careful, friendly service for all levels of customers, novice to expert, and will gladly check online if he is uncertain. Fixation is a real asset for all photographers and filmmakers, cannot recommend highly enough.
