I think this is a brilliant gym, it's caters for cardio, fitness and proper weight training. I've been to most gyms on the island and whilst they maybe newer this is perfect for any serious bodybuilder or power lifter looking for serious gains. The owner Steve is a fountain of knowledge and always available and willing to help, advise or even spot you while you train. Highly recommend.

The best gym on the island by far! I'm very lucky that I have turned my passion into my career. As a fitness model I travel the uk and have used many gyms! But they never come close to the fitness factory. Amazing atmosphere and the owner is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, recommend for any hardcore bodybuilder or a first timer, you feel so welcome, every time I come home I always have to go for a session.
