CrossFit Valentis is a great box. It's the best coaching I've received in any sports environment. Head coach Tom is super knowledgable, and a stickler for technique and form. That said, complete beginners are welcomed and encouraged from the start. It's a friendly and supportive place to work out. The workouts are challenging but satisfying, and always varied. Everything is scaled according to your ability, which means it's suitable for everyone, and everyone gets to work out together. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Hands down the best gym I have been too. Very friendly and welcoming. The training and coaching are second to none.
