I love Helen’s classes! She is an experienced exercise teacher with good rhythm and musicality. She has a wide range of classes for all abilities and her enthusiastic encouragement makes me want to work harder
Have been going to Helens classes for.over 6 years. Really friendly and has kept us all going via zoom through the.lockdown . Kept me sane!
