Great Local Fish and Chips place for great food and generous portions. Owner showed us the large fresh fish fillets available for the meal and explained the difference in taste and texture of the different fish available. Really friendly and helpful and gave some extra portions of cheesy chips for my kids. The sauces available were great especially the secret sauce. Great find in the Suburbs of London

For £2.30 you can get chips, open. The quantity is great. The rest of the food is way over priced, super expensive. The service is just dead, let’s be honest, when the chippy tells you, salt and vinegar your own chips and he carries in chatting with his mate. It can only be downhill. Would I recommend this place? No. Honestly they might do great fish, but it was dead empty and the chippy chose to chat with his mate then actually cook the chips properly. It really is awful chips, really awful, like you buy them taste one chip and throw it in the bin. The fish and chip store lacks service and just quality control. Maybe I caught him on a bad day, quiet, empty evening slot, just doesn’t suit them. Awful chips. Kind of a let down. But the place is clean. Also why have vinegar in a spray bottle? Why have random tables placed around? Like you literally have to reach over to pay them the cash. Just take card like normal places do. I used to come here a lot and I guess the service and quality had gone down properly. Doesn’t even make sense how or why a fish and chip store can just cook chips quite badly.
Great takeaway fish and chip shop, that's been in Colliers Wood for many decades. It's a staple part of the local community. Great portion sizes. Will happily order again from here.Food: 5/5
Cod cooked fresh in front of you. Do a decent lunchtime special with chips for £8.50. My Mrs swears by the chips there and she’s somewhat of a chip connoisseur. Staff friendly enough -though a little tough to converse fluently in English. They of course speak much better English than I do their native tongue. Hope to see the place continue to go from strength to strength.

This used to to be a great chipper but has lost its consistency my Plaice & chips this evening was the worst I ever had. The batter was heavy & doughy & the fish had no flavour the chips were brown & soggy. Unfortunately this was our second bad experience & won't be backFood: 1/5
